Classes & Events

Registration closes 48 hours prior to class. Class minimums must be met for class to occur. Please consult cancellation policies before registering

 

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds or credit towards another class must be made at least five (5) days prior to scheduled class. If there are fewer than 5 days before class and you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. We reserve the right to cancel any class, in which case, you will receive a full refund.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we will decide 2 hours prior to the scheduled class whether it will be held. If class is canceled, we will contact you via the phone number and e-mail address you provided at registration. You are welcome to contact us to confirm, but if you don’t hear from us – class is on! Refunds/credit will only be given if class is canceled.

Monthly Sewing Circle

Bring whatever project you're working on - embroidery, cross-stitch, knitting, crochet, hand-sewing, etc. I will have some basic embroidery kits available for purchase for those looking for a new project. All are welcome to this super-casual, free, drop in gathering. 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Quiche Class

Relax, sip and snack while Chef An shows you how to make the ever-versatile quiche. Learn to make and all-butter crust, as well as ingredient options and preparation. You will go home with a generous slice, recipes, and limitless possibilities for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

Icings & Trivia 

Delicious, from-scratch icings elevate your cakes, cupcakes and cookies from yum to YUM. Sip and snack while Chef An shows you how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Marshmallow Fluff, and Sugar Cookie Icing. PLUS test your knowledge of retro television throughout the evening. You will go home with recipes, instructions, samples, and just maybe, a spectacular trivia prize!

Fall Quick Breads

Regardless of your baking experience, learn to make delicious scones, breads and biscuits. Sip and snack while Chef An shows you how to make Spiced Chai Scones, Pear-Cranberry Bread and Beer Cheese Biscuits. You will go home with recipes, instructions and samples.

Halloween Sugar Cookie Decorating

 

In this hands-on class, you will learn a variety of techniques for decorating sugar cookies. Chef An will show you how to make cookie icing as well as fondant that actually tastes good. You will use your new skills to decorate your own cookies to take home. Light refreshments provided.

Holiday Cocktail Class

Get ready for entertaining with Cheryl Bisbee from Boozy Botanicals. Sip and snack while Cheryl shows you how to incorporate holiday flavors into your entertaining playbook. Learn punch bowl ideas, hot cocktails, and pre-batched, make-ahead drinks. You will go home with recipes and some Boozy Botanicals of your own.

Holiday Cookies

 

Sip and snack while Chef An shows you how to make a variety of holiday cookies, perfect for entertaining, gift-giving, or enjoying yourself while hiding in the closet from your children. You will learn to make meringue kisses, Mexican hot chocolate cookies and spritz cookies.

Chocolate Truffles and Such

 

Chef An shows you how to make a variety of hand-rolled truffles, as well as rum/bourbon balls, perfect for entertaining and gift giving. Come ready, as you will be rolling your own to take home. Light refreshments will be provided. This class can get a little messy, so dress accordingly. You're welcome to bring your own apron.
